Active body stretch

Active training for stretching the whole body. In this course, you will be able to train at the lessons for pumping and stretching the back, legs, whole body, as well as joint mobility. Be ready to have a foam roll (if not available, it can be replaced with a large rolled towel) and sports blocks for stretching (if not available, it can be replaced with books).

Flexible Feet

The "Flexible Feet" course is designed for stretching and training the mobility of the feet and lower limbs, lifting the foot.
Feet are a very important part of our body that responsable for good posture and supporting the weight of the body, while enabling us to walk, run, move.

Start this course if you want to have flexible feet and good posture. You would need blocks, tennis ball and elastic bend for the trainings.

Stretch and Relax

A complex of trainings, which is best suited to be performed in the morning or during the working day. Acting at an average pace, lessons lasting 10-15 minutes will be able to stretch your body and relx it. Take the lessons in turn or choose from the list and train with pleasure.
